Our Story


The history of Alpha Phi Omega Alumni Association of Calgary began with the idea of uniting APO Alumni residents within Calgary, Alberta, Canada and neighboring towns. The thought was formalized during a get together that was held at Brod Ernan's place at Calgary NE T2A 6Y5, Calgary dated September 14, 2009. It was expounded by Brods Panny, Arnel, Ernan, Sis's Jeanet, Michelle, and Aleth. A second meeting was held at Brod Arnel's place at Calgary NE, Calgary dated October 2, 2009 with 15 present members.
The 1st official election of officers were held on April 3, 2010 at Forest Lawn Community Center, NE, Calgary wherein Brod Agustin "Taby" was first and elected president of Alpha Phi Omega Alumni Association of Calgary Canada. Reading and ratification of APOAA Calgary Constitution and By-Laws also took place.
To date, Alpha Phi Omega Alumni Association of Calgary,Alberta, Canada continues to grow with 80s members and continue to promote Alpha Phi Omega (APO) principles of Leadership, Friendship, and Service.
